1. Acme Pet Transport forum is a free to use as reference to help transport rescue animals. This meaning; rescue animals (dogs, cats etc..) coming from rescue groups and/or kill shelters going to foster homes, rescue group or approved adopter.

2. Posts in the forum requesting transports from breeders or individual buying from breeders or any other type of sales are not permitted and are subject to be deleted.

3. Private adoption transports from owner/private home to new owner/private home are not permitted.

The owners and moderators of the Acme Pet Transport web site reserve the right to remove or ban any member, remove or edit content in their sole discretion at any time and may do so immediately without notice, where they believe a member is not to be acting in the best interests of the animals we're trying to help and/or have violated rules of the forum.

5. Posts listed in the volunteer driver & Home visits available to do sections are not to be be used for anything else other than contacting the volunteer for transporting rescue dogs and/or home visits. Abuse of this list will result in being banned from this site.

6. acmepettransport.com is not endorsing, validating or vouching for any group or individual that may appear on this site or posted in the forum.

7. It is the responsibility of the group or organization coordinating the transport to validate potential transporters. Every reasonable effort should be made by the user to confirm that people are who they say they are, and that transporter is legitimate.

10. Any attempt to misuse this service for malicious or criminal purposes members will be blocked/banned from the site and reported to the proper authroities and/or your ISP. This includes (but is not limited to):

- Transporting animals for the purposes of illegal animal fighting
- Transporting animals for sale to individuals, research laboratories or illegal animal fighters.
- Gathering personal or organization details for the purposes of stalking, discovery of trade secrets, sending solicitations, spam or otherwise.

Cross-posting transports from other boards IS allowed. We actually encourage this so transports will get the best exposure hoping to get the run filled.
